Flavour Text: "A little water goes a long way."
Sets: v37.15
Comment: This card is designed to make the small Ice strategy more effective, though it gives the Corp the ability to search through its stack which I've not seen before. It promotes the creation of multiple subsidiary data forts with minimal protection, but that also can confuse and distract the Runner. It helps avoid the "one big data fort" strategy. A strategy based on this card could allow for maybe a dozen small forts installed quickly at the cost of actions more than bits. The game has too many vertical strategies and too few horizontal ones. It can finish of precision bribery wich is a good side effect. This was intended.
