The Tourney will be added to my database and will be displayed in the List of Tournaments.
You could also write if the tourney is not handeled by yourself. Just to get clear that you get the chance to get ranked.
What you should do after the Tournament
Again send me an e-mail with the following information:
Date and place of the tournament.
Tournament format
List of tournament attendes with DCI Number if they don't have one, assign them one.
List of all pairings of each round with the results in the official DCI format (explained below)
Please send all information in plain ASCII (that means no Word or RTF or anything else)
I will upload this information into the DCI Rankinglist directly. That means nobody to fool, no one to complain the data goes directly into the DCI database.
From there it needs many tournaments to have enough results to post a ranking list, but we have to start somewhere.
